目的 分析“乳腺癌运动干预”领域的研究热点及趋势,以期为乳腺癌运动干预方案设置提供理论依据。方法 以PubMed数据库近五年所收录的乳腺癌运动干预类的1 755篇文献为对象,运用CiteSpace进行可视化知识图谱分析,生成可视化图谱包括国家或地区分布、关键词共现或突显、关键词时间线图谱等进行分析。结果 近年“乳腺癌运动干预”领域得到了快速的发展,美国、中国和西班牙等国家发文量排名靠前。体力活动和生活质量中介中心性分别为0.59和0.11,在知识图谱中有着重要的地位。关键突显图谱和时间线图谱显示饮食干预是该领域的研究热点。结论 乳腺癌运动干预研究热点主要集中在运动饮食及其相关领域,目前处于高速发展阶段。未来研究方向包括健康促进、生活质量和运动处方。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of "breast cancer exercise intervention" to provide theoretical basis for the design of breast cancer exercise intervention programs. Methods Using 1 755 articles on breast cancer exercise intervention collected from the PubMed database over the past five years as the research object, CiteSpace was employed for visual knowledge map analysis, generating visual maps including national or regional distribution, keyword co-occurrence or prominence, and keyword timeline maps for analysis. Results In recent years, the field of "breast cancer exercise intervention" has experienced rapid development, with countries such as the United States, China, and Spain ranking high in the number of publications. Physical activity and quality of life mediate centrality are 0.59 and 0.11, respectively, holding significant positions in the knowledge map. The key prominence map and timeline map indicate that dietary intervention is a research hotspot in this field. Conclusion The research hotspots in breast cancer exercise intervention primarily focus on exercise, diet, and related fields, which are currently in a stage of rapid development. Future research directions include health promotion, quality of life, and exercise prescription.
