目的研究南柴胡提取成分对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用刀豆素A（ConA）作为刺激物，活化小鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞，通过对淋巴细胞转化能力、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）和白细胞介素2（IL-2）诱生水平的检测，观察南柴胡提取成分对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果南柴胡提取成分对小鼠的脾淋巴细胞的转化能力、IL-2诱生水平以及腹腔巨噬细胞的TNF的诱生水平均有上调作用，且有量效相关性。结论南柴胡提取成分对小鼠免疫功能有增强作用。
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of the composition of southern bupleurum on the immune functions of mice. Methods This experiment was carried out by using concanvalin A(ConA) to activate the spleen' S lymphocytes and belly' s macrophages and by assaying the lymphocyte transformation ability and the induced level of interleukin-2(IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)to observe the effect of southern bupleurum on immune functions of mice. Results The Composition of southern bupleurum have up-regulating effects on the lymphocyte transformation ability and the induced level of IL-2 and TNF of mice,and there was a correlation between concentration and efficency. Conclusion Composition of Southern Bupleurum can help to improve the immune functions of mice.
