目的 探讨氯氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗难治性精神分裂症患者的效果及其护理策略。方法 选择本院2023年1月-2024年6月收治的难治性精神分裂症患者64例研究，按随机数字表法分组，每组32例。对照组应用氯氮平治疗，观察组应用氯氮平+丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗，同时两组均接受相同的护理干预，对比效果。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(χ²=3.924,P<0.05);治疗前，两组PANSS评分与BPRS评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗3个月观察组PANSS评分更低，BPRS各项评分更好，与对照组均有差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 难治性精神分裂症患者予以氯氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗，同时辅以标准化护理干预，对于改善预后，缓解症状，降低病情严重程度有着积极的意义，且不会显著增加不良反应风险，有应用价值。

Objective Explore the effect of clozapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets to treat patients with schizophrenia and their nursing strategies. Methods A retrospective study of 64 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 was conducted and divided into two groups according to different treatment strategies, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clozapine, and the observation group was treated with clozapine magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets. Both groups received the same nursing intervention. Compare the effects.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ²=5.379,P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no difference in PANSS and BPRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the PANSS score in the observation group was lower and the BPRS scores were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of schizophrenia patients with clozapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets, combined with effective nursing intervention, has a positive significance in improving prognosis, relieving symptoms, and improving the severity of the disease, and will not significantly increase the risk of adverse reactions, so it has application value.
